- 400sq m asbestos containing roof slates removed under Locally Controlled Conditions
- 120sq m flat roof stripped off
New roof installation:
- Insulated gutters including rainwater goods
- 120mm JORISIDE JI ROOF 1000™ composite panels over main roof
- Non-drip metal sheets for parapet walls
- Natural slates with Lead work to the front dormer windows EPDM™ rubber to a flat roof and pitch roof
